Why People Keep Running
A seemingly simple question from Koushik— "Why do people keep running?" Coach Pramod answered it as simple as possible: "It's an individual choice. You need to figure out why you run on your own?" But the question didn’t stop there—it continued running in my head. I had my reasons. Or at least, I thought I did. But I wanted to know what others thought. And just like that, the chase for answers began… To capture the impact of time—the fourth dimension—I reframed the question: 📍 Why did you start running? 📍 Why are you running now? I reached out to nearly 100 runners—some new, some seasoned, some chasing goals, some chasing something within. That’s when I realized: I have over 25 runner contacts saved on my phone. A surprise even to me. The past year has unknowingly made me part of the running community.
